hi all - my balloted queue number 00058 for the flat is TML !!! and i am giving up !!!
it's really wasted ... cos so many ppl around me has been trying to get a ballot number for almost 2 to 3 yrs and they got none .. yet the first time that we ballot for the flat and we gt number 58.. it's really lucky !!!
and the best part is that the flat that we wanted all along is there for us to choose - TOA PAYOH ~ 40 storey building !!
AND I AM GIVING IT UP !!!!! GIVING IT UP !!!

opposite is TPY central / bus interchange/ mrt / hdb hub
it is so near... so central ..
3 more stop to orchard ( mrt)
you will be wondering why are we giving up such a good location .. cos take a look at the layout.. 
everything seems square and nice ...

everything is cool . and we really decided to do the neccessary in order to get the house..
sat - went to visit the show flat - but they are not showing the unit that we desired .. :(
and we happened to saw an ah nei nei doing construction work . so we approached him and ask if he is doing for any flat renovation .. and he say yes and we followed him to 28th storey and to our surprise he is doing unit 07 - the unit that we wanted at 24 level
we went in .. everything is OK ..

the rooms --- > is soooo small.... just one bed and that's it !!!there wasn't any space for cupboard etc ... how are we going to display our things if we really bought the house..
...in additional , it is soooo expensive cos of the good location ... fyi - its cost 300k over for a 75 sqm ( 4 rooms flat)
both eddie and i really spent some time thinking and we both agreed not to buy such a small flat as we don wan to have any regret after we bought the house..
we are giving up .. and not turning up at hdb tml for the appointment le... 
sad but nothing we can do ...
hope that there are more good location coming up for us to ballot .. hope*
so off we went to orchard for shopping...
